TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All disputes are subject to the courts of Greater Noida jurisdiction.
  
• All rooms are of double occupancy and having one double bed or two single bed
• All rooms are having attached bathroom or private bathroom.
• Generally 24 x 7 power supply is available but in the extreme case of no power, backup power supply of Inverter is available for light ,fan and TV purpose.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• Please note standard check in time is 1200 hrs & check out time is 1000 hrs.
• Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License PAN Card etc.)
• You are requested to provide the hard copies of the Booking Confirmation vouchers at the time of Check in .
• Confirmation of the Booking is subject to receipt of 100% payment 50 % of the payment as advance & balance on or before arrival.
• Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms.
• Complimentary Breakfast is available from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
• Dinner facility is available @500 INR per head . Guest has to inform management by 11 AM for his/her requirement.
